A LESSON IN FLIGHT FROM BOB LAYTON

I FIRST HEARD BOB LAYTON’S VOICE IN 1973 ON 630 CHED. IN THE AFTERNOON. READING NEWS,20 MINUTES PAST THE HOUR, AND 20 MINUTES TO THE HOUR. OVER THE NEXT, WOW I CAN’T BELIEVE IT, FOUR DECADES, I REALIZED BOB IS ONE FINE BROADCASTER. I ALSO KNEW HE IS A FAMILY MAN. I DIDN’T KNOW UNTIL A FEW WEEKS AGO BOB HAS A WONDERFUL TRADITION FOR HIS GRANDCHILDREN WHEN THEY TURN  14. BOB AND TWO OF HIS GRANDKIDS SHARED THEIR STORY WITH ME. AND, THURSDAY’S  TAIT ON EIGHT FEATURES THEIR STORY. TO GIVE YOU, JUS A LITTLE HINT, I INVITE YOU TO ENJOY THE VIDEO BELOW.
